On February 3 2024, St. Brigid's Pantry hosted a St. Brigid's Day Stew Sale and collected baby diapers and wipes to benefit families of Jackson. Proceeds benefit St. Brigid's Pantry and our community! On February 1, 2025, we celebrated St. Brigid with theAkathist to all the Saints that shone forth in the lands of the West, and then delivered boxes of fresh foods to many of our regular patrons of St. Brigid's Food pantry. Please join us as we continue to build our parish traditions, celebrating St. Brigid and imitating her generosity.
St. Brigid is the patron saint of our food pantry, and we celebrate her feast liturgically each year on February 1. She is especially known for her hospitality. Learn more about St. Brigid here.
